Shade Structure Fundraiser - ENDED!
The East Lawn Children’s Park, located in East Sacramento off Folsom Blvd, will soon be undergoing a major renovation. In addition to new play structures and picnic benches, a shade structure is planned for the park. We want to lead the way in fundraising for the shade structure.
There are two ways you can contribute:
You can make a personal, tax-deductible donation.
You can make a donation from your practice. This can be a corporate donation, or a collection of individual contributions from patients who want to get involved. We have attached a sample flyer that you can post near your reception area or elsewhere in your practice, to alert your patients to this fundraising effort. This is a great way to show your patients how you are serving the community!
Our goal is to raise $10,000 – enough to ensure the purchase of the shade structure.
We’ll be collecting funds up through August 10, 2018. Please make checks payable to Sacramento Valley Dermatology Society. Contributions can be sent to Joshua Schulman, Dermatology Service – Building 801A, Sacramento VA Medical Center, 10535 Hospital Way, Mather, CA 95655.
When you submit your contribution, please let us know if you would like a receipt from SVDS, a 501(c)(3) organization, to keep for your tax purposes.
Please email Joshua Schulman at Joshua.m.schulman@gmail.com if you have any questions.
